The registration form is so we can gather all necessary legal information about your dog/s needs including dietary, health, and temperament, emergency information, chip and vaccine details etc.

The home consultation is so we can bond with the dog/s, so they can be desensitized to us and most importantly enjoy themselves around us when we work with them.

We will ask you questions about them or if you have already filled out a registration questionnaire already we will let you know more about what we can offer, services, discounts ongoing plans etc.

We offer the first consultation for FREE and a FREE follow up assessment visit for dogs that have more issues that may need assessing after the initial consult.

Any subsequent consult or assessments or desensitization sessions will be charged at £10ph prior to our main services being used.

Example: We have been asked to walk a nervous dog but at the first consult the dog was defensive barking, touch sensitive etc and wouldn't come around us. This would require a follow up and potentially training or behaviourist work with walks after that. In good conscience we would not drag a dog on a walk it doesn't want just because we have been asked, the dog must be happy and willing.

We will also discuss access to your property (in your absence) at the consultation for data privacy purposes.

Once your happy and decide to go ahead with a service we can book you in right away or you can call, message, WhatsApp or email us anytime to book available slots.

We will let clients know the availability for the week in advance.

 All your information will already be on file from our consultation and we will invoice you prior to a walk commencing; this can be on an individual basis or your can book permanent slots for specific days across the week, fortnight or month. (some weeks may not be possible to book at all due to company holidays)

Once you have registered and had your consultation,

We collect all dogs from your address and return them after their walk, clean any dirty paws (please provide a bowel and towels) and can feed

your dog/s if requested and discussed (dietary requirements) etc.

Note: All services must be paid in full prior to services commencing this can be done via invoice which will be sent digitally or at the door via Sum-up card/contactless Terminal or via PayPal.
